To continue sharpening our group leaders, I will begin dropping monthly training here. One will be a written article or blog post, and the other will be a podcast. Read, listen, and consider how you can grow personally as a leader, and notice things that you can implement inside your groups.

Healthy Groups
As a reminder, healthy groups are so important to the life of our church. I am adding our Healthy Groups information here, so it is easily available to you. This document fleshes out what care, guidance, and encouragement look like in a healthy group, and gives you the key roles needed inside your group so that a team is carrying the weight of leading a group, not just a few people. As you are hopefully aware, we have launched the Leadership Pathway at Broadmoor. I want to encourage you to do a few things to help us get the word out to our Broadmoor family:
Get familiar with the Pathway so that you can answer questions from your group members. Find out more at broadmoor.org/leadershippathway.
Download the Leading Yourself curriculum and get familiar with it. Maybe consider leading your leadership team through it.
Consider ways that your group can engage the Leading Yourself module. I would suggest using small groups to go through the curriculum together.

The Margaret Lackey State Missions Offering is a chance for us to come together and support key mission efforts in Mississippi, from disaster relief to church multiplication, and more. This offering is the primary funding stream for many of our state’s mission efforts, and we’re inviting you to be a part of it. The Bible Reading Plan that many use daily will shift to a focus on the book of John as Pastor Josh leads us through these foundational truths each Sunday in his sermon series. We are offering a daily family devotional based on the content that many in our NextGen areas are using weekly. This is a great opportunity to begin or continue reading the Bible as a family. If you would like to sign up for this plan, text “Family” to 32373.
