As you are hopefully aware, we have launched the Leadership Pathway at Broadmoor. I want to encourage you to do a few things to help us get the word out to our Broadmoor family:
Get familiar with the Pathway so that you can answer questions from your group members. Find out more at broadmoor.org/leadershippathway.
Download the Leading Yourself curriculum and get familiar with it. Maybe consider leading your leadership team through it.
Consider ways that your group can engage the Leading Yourself module. I would suggest using small groups to go through the curriculum together.

Get ready to connect and grow with your faith family this fall! Wednesdays at Broadmoor starts on August 5th and runs through November 18th, with a variety of tracks for adults and age-appropriate gatherings for kids from birth to high school. Join us for a churchwide gathering on August 5th at 5 pm, starting with our Faith Family Meal, and then stay for worship, learning, and community. Learn more HERE.

Broadmoor will be sending a team to Kitale and West Pokot, Kenya, January 14th–23rd, 2027, to serve alongside our partner, Zoe Ministries, with opportunities to assist with discipleship training and well repair. If you’re interested in learning more, make plans to attend the interest meeting on Sunday, September 13th, at noon in Room F100. Broadmoor has partnered with The Worship Initiative to offer a new devotional option. Each day centers around singing along to a hymn, psalm, or spiritual song to support a consistent rhythm of abiding in Christ. This resource pairs well with our daily Bible reading plan, giving you a framework for time in God’s Word and a way to respond through worship. Click HERE to sign up!
Broadmoor now offers two options for you to abide in God’s Word daily. The Bible Reading Plan that many use daily will shift to a focus on the book of John as Pastor Josh leads us through these foundational truths each Sunday in his sermon series. If you are not already signed up to receive texts, you can text “WORD” to 32373.
We are offering a daily family devotional based on the content that many in our NextGen areas are using weekly. This is a great opportunity to begin or continue reading the Bible as a family. If you would like to sign up for this plan, text “Family” to 32373.
