Care Ministry Associate

The Care Ministry Associate supports Broadmoor’s mission to join Jesus in His mission by running to the hurting. This position focuses on direct ministry to mature adults, widows, and those in homebound or care facilities, and leads the Acts 2 Benevolence Ministry. The Care Ministry Associate empowers and equips volunteers to provide compassionate, consistent care to individuals and families experiencing illness, grief, or crisis.

 

Grace Ministry Coordinator

The Grace Ministry Coordinator works under the direction of Broadmoor’s Counseling Pastor to oversee all aspects of the Grace Ministry, including programming, teaching, events, and communication with participants, volunteers, and caregivers. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships with families affected by special needs, supporting caregivers, and partnering with parachurch organizations to help individuals and families grow in the Gospel.

 

High School Ministry Associate

The High School Ministry Associate supports the High School Pastor in leading Broadmoor’s ministry for grades 9–12 by creating engaging, Gospel-centered environments, managing programs and volunteers, and fostering a healthy, effective ministry alongside staff and teams.

Worship Associate/Music Director

The Worship Associate/Music Director will provide leadership to the instrumental worship ministry, leading participants to become more fully devoted followers of Christ. The person in this role participates in worship planning, conducts band rehearsals, and leads the implementation of worship resources, arrangements, and technology, facilitating the church’s journey toward genuine, engaging worship.

Weekday Preschool Teacher

The Weekday Preschool Teacher is the primary person responsible for providing safe and developmentally appropriate programs aligned with the Weekday Preschool initiatives.

Internship Opportunities

Join the Adult Discipleship Team in fostering spiritual growth and meaningful connections within Broadmoor’s community. The intern will primarily support Broadmoor’s Women’s Ministry while gaining hands-on experience in adult discipleship programming.
