The Associate Worship Pastor/Musical Director serves through music and the creative arts. Administrative Assistant for Adult Discipleship
Coordinate and manage the day-to-day functions for the Adult Discipleship Ministry area and provide supplementary support to members of the Adult Discipleship Team. The Adult Discipleship Team is composed of three different Ministry areas: Connections, Missions, and Groups. Middle School Associate
The Student Ministry Associate is responsible for being a catalyst through discipleship experiences, for growing the middle school student ministry to reach a broad range of students both from Broadmoor Baptist Church and the surrounding community. This position is designed to empower someone in his / her role as a shepherd of people and ministries.
Director of Weekday Preschool
The Preschool Director is the primary person responsible for providing safe and developmentally appropriate programs that are aligned with the Preschool Ministry initiatives.
