Local Outreach Pastor
The Local Outreach Pastor will lead Broadmoor in taking the gospel beyond the church walls—serving and engaging our neighbors in Madison the City, as well as the surrounding communities in Hinds, Rankin, and Madison Counties. This role will focus on equipping and mobilizing the congregation to serve local leaders, organizations, and communities in ways that clearly demonstrate our commitment to join Jesus on His mission for the glory of God and for the good of our communities.
High School Ministry Associate
The High School Ministry Associate supports the High School Pastor in leading Broadmoor’s ministry for grades 9–12 by creating engaging, Gospel-centered environments, managing programs and volunteers, and fostering a healthy, effective ministry alongside staff and teams.
Kids Ministry Associate
The Kids Ministry Associate at Broadmoor supports the Kids and Grace Minister in carrying out the vision and strategy of the Next Generation Discipleship Team, focusing on ministry to families with children in grades 1–5.
Weekday Preschool Teacher
The Weekday Preschool Teacher is the primary person responsible for providing safe and developmentally appropriate programs aligned with the Weekday Preschool initiatives.
Internship Opportunities
Join the Adult Discipleship Team in fostering spiritual growth and meaningful connections within Broadmoor’s community. The intern will primarily support Broadmoor’s Women’s Ministry while gaining hands-on experience in adult discipleship programming.
