Executive Pastor
The Executive Pastor serves as the Senior Pastor’s chief ministry partner, providing strategic leadership for the operational, organizational, and administrative life of Broadmoor Baptist Church. This leader ensures that the vision of the church is translated into effective execution by leading staff, strengthening systems, and cultivating a healthy organizational culture.
Ministry Assistant – Groups & Connections
The Ministry Assistant for Groups & Connections provides skilled, organized, and reliable administrative support to the Groups Pastor and Connections Pastor, ensuring that the day-to-day operations of both ministries are carried out with excellence, consistency, and care.
Ministry Assistant – Women's Ministry & Local Outreach
The Ministry Assistant for Women’s Ministry & Local Outreach provides skilled, organized, and reliable administrative support to the Women’s Minister and Local Outreach Pastor, ensuring day-to-day operations of both ministries are carried out with excellence, consistency, and care
NextGen Administrative Assistant
The Next Generation Administrative Assistant is responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the Next Generation Discipleship Team, with primary support for the Middle School and High School Ministries.
NextGen Worship Associate
The NextGen Worship Associate works to lead and develop Broadmoor’s student worship ministry by creating engaging, Christ-centered worship environments that help students grow as fully devoted followers of Christ. This role focuses on musical leadership, mentoring, and discipleship, equipping the next generation to serve the church with both spiritual maturity and musical excellence.
Housekeeper
The Housekeeper exists to provide exceptional facility cleanliness, operational readiness, and event support by maintaining Broadmoor’s campus in a safe, clean, welcoming, and ministry-ready condition.
Weekday Preschool Teacher
The Weekday Preschool Teacher is the primary person responsible for providing safe and developmentally appropriate programs aligned with the Weekday Preschool initiatives.
Childcare Worker
A Broadmoor Childcare Worker is responsible for providing safe, engaging, and Christ-centered care for children from birth through 5th grade. Childcare Workers can serve in a variety of settings, including Sunday mornings, Wednesday nights, weekdays, and special events.
