What’s Changing?

After more than 10 years with Fellowship One as our church management system, Broadmoor is transitioning to TouchPoint. This change comes after careful evaluation of our current needs and future goals, along with extensive research of systems used by similar churches. We’ll ensure all information is securely transferred before completing the switch from Fellowship One to TouchPoint.

There are some exciting new features that will be available to Broadmoor members and attendees in TouchPoint. They include:
– Personal Profile Management
– Enhanced Check-in Experience
– Giving History Access
– Profile Pictures
– Family Information Updates
– Paperless Options
– A mobile app for easy use on mobile devices

Timeline

Though the TouchPoint team and Broadmoor staff and leadership have been planning for over a year for this transition, here are a few important dates to note:

February 17, 2025: Broadmoor’s data in Fellowship One is securely transferred to TouchPoint and the Broadmoor database in TouchPoint is live.

February 18-22, 2025: While all of Broadmoor’s database information in TouchPoint is double-checked, all groups gathering will take attendance using paper rolls, which the database team will manually enter.

February 23, 2025: TouchPoint digital platforms go live. When folks arrive on campus this Sunday, they will be encouraged to stop at one of the new kiosk banks located by the main entrances to the building to check in for all activities (including worship) they plan to participate in and print name tags for every member (including adults) while on campus. Some Life Groups will be testing the new digital features for groups, while others will use paper rosters for attendance.

February 25, 2025: Wednesdays at Broadmoor will look a little different. The kiosk banks will be ready for each person as they arrive for evening activities. Group meetings will use a combination of paper rosters and digital features.

March 2, 2025: Everyone will be in the new rhythm as they check in at the kiosk banks for their Broadmor activities, including worship, when they arrive on campus. Groups will continue transitioning to the digital features of TouchPoint for attendance.

March 3, 2025: Summer at Broadmoor goes live with registrations opening for all summer activities using TouchPoint’s improved registration forms. You’ll be able to register and pay for Summer Day Camps, Kids Camp, Middle School Camp, High School Retreat, and sign up for WOW Week 2025!

March 5, 2025: Broadmoor’s new weekly email will be sent to an inbox near you developed in TouchPoint. We look forward to hearing how you like the new features of TouchPoint email and the new look!

March 17, 2025: TouchPoint’s new text feature goes live to give you more options to stay in touch with your faith family at Broadmoor. Be sure to check your TouchPoint profile before this day to begin to receive text messages.

In addition to these dates, we look forward to debuting the new Broadmoor App and updated Broadmoor website features that better integrate with TouchPoint.

How Do I Get Started In TouchPoint?

You can access your TouchPoint profile by visiting https://broadmoor.tpsdb.com (be sure to bookmark the page).  Once on the page, select “Request Password” and follow the prompts. After you set up your password, you can log in and view your profile, update information, add a photo, view your giving information year to date, view your family members, and much more! How Do I Give Online?

The week of February 17, we will transition Broadmoor.org/give to allow you to begin giving through TouchPoint. You will also be able to set up recurring giving.
