Guest Speaker: Darby Strickland, Counselor and Abuse Expert
Join Broadmoor’s Caring Well Team for an important discussion on distinguishing between healthy mentorship and potential grooming behaviors with counselor and abuse expert Darby Strickland.
You can choose from two sessions on September 8. The morning session will be at 8:15 AM, during which breakfast will be provided, or the afternoon session at 12:15 PM, during which lunch will be provided. Childcare will be available for both sessions upon registration.
Darby Strickland will explain the crucial differences between mentoring, investing in someone, and grooming them for abuse. This knowledge is essential for creating safe, nurturing environments in our community.
