App FAQs

Yes. Your TouchPoint profile is what customizes your app experience. The more accurate and up-to-date your profile is, the more relevant content and features you’ll see.

Your app experience is customized based on your TouchPoint involvement. If something is missing, fill out the form at the bottom of this page and we can look into it for you.

Yes! When Pre Check-In is open for your group or event, you’ll see the option on your Home Page. After checking in, you’ll receive a QR code that you can scan at a kiosk to print nametags for yourself and your family to officially get checked in.

Yes! The Giving section allows you to make one-time gifts, set up recurring giving, and view your giving history and statements. Personalized Giving Cards may also appear on your page.

Public Channels are open to anyone in the church. Examples include broad ministry areas such as Adults or Missions. Anyone can follow these channels and see updates.

Private Channels are connected to specific groups or involvements in TouchPoint. Only those who are part of the group can see and interact with the channel content.

Not yet. Currently, alerts and notifications appear within the app only. Be sure to open the app regularly to stay up to date.

How Do I Get Started In TouchPoint?

You can access your TouchPoint profile by visiting https://broadmoor.tpsdb.com (be sure to bookmark the page).  Once on the page, select “Request Password” and follow the prompts. After you set up your password, you can log in and view your profile, update information, add a photo, view your giving information year to date, view your family members, and much more! How Do I Give Online?

Visit broadmoor.org/give to allow you to begin giving through TouchPoint. You will also be able to set up recurring giving. If you are still on Fellowship One’s recurring giving, please contact accounting@broadmoor.org to be transitioned over.
