Join A Serve Team
Mom to Mom Volunteer
Mom to Mom Volunteers set up, prepare food, clean up, and serve in a monthly ministry to Moms.
Single Moms Ministry
Single Moms Ministry Volunteers serve on a team of other Broadmoor members who give support and encouragement to single moms in Broadmoor’s family of faith.
Bible Study Leader
Bible Study Leaders is for someone who is interested in the possibility of teaching Bible Study to women.
Cook/Dessert Maker
Cook/Dessert Makers provide snacks or a light meal for a small group of 6-8 women.
Office Volunteer
Office Volunteers help in the church office when needed with large mailings, phone calls, and other administrative tasks.
Event Greeter
Event Greeters stand and greet attendees when they come to Women’s Ministry events.
Event Volunteer
Event Volunteers assist the Events Team with setting up, breaking down, and cleaning up large ministry events.
First Point Volunteer
First Point Volunteers follow up with all ladies who join Broadmoor in order to build a bridge of communication for women’s events. This can be done from home.
Social Media Volunteer
Social Media Volunteers create content and post once a week for our women’s ministry social media channels.
Nursery Volunteer
We need volunteers in the Nursery for babies and children ages, birth-3 yrs. We have opportunities for both hours on Sunday mornings.
The Commitment Encourager
We host The Commitment (formerly Parent/Child Dedication) three times a year. At each service, we need greeters, people to pass our programs, and people to visit with families and help answer questions. The time requirement is based on The Commitment’s scheduled dates.
Preschool Snack Helper
The snack helper makes sure classrooms are equipped with the correct snacks. We need volunteers on Sunday mornings during the 9:30 hour for this position. They will serve in the nursery (babies to 3s).
Preschool Host Team
We need individuals ready to greet guests, help them register children, and walk them to a classroom. Host team members also help sign families in and print name tags. Opportunities to be part of the host team are during the 9:30 and 10:30 hours on Sunday morning and on Wednesday nights during the Equipping time (6:15-7:15pm).
Nursery Music Leader
We are seeking individuals to help lead music for our 2 and 3-year-old children. Opportunities on Sunday mornings during the 10:30 hour. Training and curriculum are provided. The time requirements is Sunday mornings.
Preschool Large Group Leader
We are seeking individuals to help lead large group for our K4 and K5 children. Opportunities on Sunday mornings during the 10:30 hour, and also on Wednesday nights during our Equipping time (6:15-7:15pm). The large group consists of music, Bible stories, missions, and Bible memory verses. Training and curriculum is provided. The time requirements are Sunday mornings or Wednesday evenings
Preschool (K4/K5) Classroom Teacher
We are seeking volunteers to teach weekly or bi-weekly in our preschool area. These classes meet during the 10:30 Life Group hour. Training and curriculum provided. The time requirements are Sunday mornings .

Kids is looking for people who love Jesus and love kids. We want adults who desire to partner with parents to disciple their children to know Jesus and to follow Him. The time requirements are Sunday mornings, August-July.

Serve Team Coach
A Serve Team Coach is an adult servant leader who can lead and teach high school students to serve once a month on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights.
The time requirements are Wednesday evenings & Sunday mornings August-July.
Thrive Leader
A Thrive Leader is an adult servant leader who can be available to help at Thrive on Wednesday nights.
High School Host Team
The High School Host Team member is an adult servant leader who can share the vision and strategy of High School Ministry with both students and their parents.
High School Life Group Leader
High School Life Group Leader is an adult servant leader who disciples a group of 8-12 students around a table to practice the disciplines of Bible engagement, Scripture memory, accountability, and prayer.
International Missions Leader
An International Missions Leader serves on an international mission team as a Team leader.
North American Missions Leader
North American Missions Leaders serve on a North American mission team as a Team leader.
Men’s Ministry Small Group Leader
A Men’s Ministry Small Group Leader prepares and leads a weekly group experience that creates deeper relationships, biblically challenging conversations, transparency, confession, and accountability. They meet regularly with group members to shepherd them well.
Men’s Ministry Cooking Team
Men’s Ministry Cooking Team are asked to be ready when called on to assist in the cooking for men’s ministry events.
Around the Table Table Host
The Around the Table Table Host lead the discussion at the table by giving everyone the opportunity to participate. They make sure that everyone signs in and that everyone feels welcome at your table.
Men’s Ministry Greeter Team
The Men’s Ministry Greeter Team arrive 30 minutes before Around the Table to welcome men who attend the event. They pay close attention to men who may be by themselves and look for an opportunity to engage them in conversation.
Life Group Greeter/Host Team
Life Group Greeter/Host Team members are available at the Preschool Check-in Stations/Connection Desk to take first time guest to Life Group locations.
Life Group Small Group Leader
Life Group Small Group Leaders prepare and lead a weekly group experience that creates deeper relationships, biblically challenging conversations, transparency, confession, and accountability. They meet regularly with group members to shepherd them well
Life Group Facilitator/Teacher
Life Group Leaders prepare faithfully to teach/facilitate the weekly lesson for the group. They are the lead shepherd for their group, knowing where their group is spiritually and helping them take the next steps in their journey with Jesus. They realize that this role goes beyond teaching a weekly lesson and will require their attention to other needs and opportunities to meet with group members regularly.
Special Events Team
The Special Events Team helps in other Connections areas during the event of a special occasion or event (e.g., WOW Week, concert, etc.).
Baptism Team
Our Baptism Team assists those who are being baptized on such a special day.
Connect Center Team
The Connect Center Team sits by the Connect Center and provides information for those who need assistance.
Seating Usher
Assist people in finding a seat for our time of Worship each week.
Door Usher
Greet people when they enter our Sanctuary; also give out elements for the Lord’s Supper or other things for special occasions.
Parking Team
Assist people each week to get a parking place as they enter and help them exit, later.
Golf Cart Driver
Drive around our campus and drop people off close to our campus entrance doors.
Local Missions Leader
Local Missions Leaders are called to serve as local mission team leader.
Group Leader
Serve as a group leader or coordinator, or lead a Bible study for one of Broadmoor’s weekly groups.
Funerals
Serve as greeters and coordinators to guests and family members during visitation and funeral services.
Baptisms
Greet and serve others as they prepare for baptism, and celebrate with them immediately following.
Care
Serve our church family by periodically checking in on members and helping them connect, get involved, and find ways to serve.
Marriage Mentors
Get trained and supported together with your spouse to facilitate marriage groups or mentor couples using the Prepare-Enrich Inventory.
Recover & Support
Serve as a leader, host, or volunteer of one of our various support and care groups.
