Surviving the Holidays

Surviving the Holidays is an annual event in November for those who have had a loved one pass away or have lost a spouse due to divorce. The program will offer support and help participants navigate the upcoming holidays without that significant person or people. Participants learn what to expect, how to prepare for those things that trigger feelings of overwhelming sadness, ideas on starting new traditions, and how to say no or maybe to some invitations. Come join us on November 8 at 6pm in L221 for dinner and learn how you can prepare and plan how to best navigate your holiday season. The fee is $10 and includes a Survival Guide workbook and dinner.
