High School Boston Mission Trip

WHO: High School upperclassmen (Juniors and Seniors) and adult volunteers.
WHAT: Broadmoor partners with Encounter Church, a growing group of friends and neighbors from Westwood, Dedham, and surrounding communities who have two things in common: a love for God and a passion to serve their community. Led by Pastor Chris Causey, Encounter Church exists to be a catalyst for encounters with Christ that lead to life change. For more information about our partner, visit www.encounterchurch.com.
WHERE: The team will stay at the Marriott Courtyard Westwood. Team members will have rental vehicles with designated adult drivers to get to and from the church. The team may also get passes for public transit to travel throughout the city to nearby places. Most of the time, the team will be at Encounter Church or the surrounding area. The address for Encounter Church is 18 SW Park, Westwood, MA 02090.
HOW: Each year, Encounter Church hosts a large community outreach event called the Egg Drop. The team will support Encounter Church by preparing for the Egg Drop Event which will take place the following week. The prep and support projects for this event will greatly benefit the Encounter team.
