Alzheimer’s/Dementia Support Group

If you’re a caregiver for someone with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia, you don’t have to walk this journey alone. Join leaders Jane Goff and Karen Rothe each month in the Gathering Room for a time of encouragement, learning, and connection with others who understand.
The group meets on the second Monday of each month from 6 to 7:30 pm. Each session begins with a 30-minute guest speaker or discussion leader, followed by open conversation, Q&A, and fellowship. Speakers are selected based on the group’s developing needs, offering relevant and practical insight for caregivers.
The holidays can be joyful, but they can also bring added stress for those caring for someone with dementia. This month, we’ll share practical ideas and experiences to help make the holidays a little less stressful for caregivers and their loved ones. Come find encouragement and learn from others who understand
This group is open to caregivers only to ensure a safe and focused environment. All dementia caregivers are welcome—whether you’re caring for someone with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Lewy Body, stroke-related dementia, or another form of memory loss.
