What to Expect

First Visit

Whether you are a longtime churchgoer or brand new to church, we want your first Broadmoor experience to be encouraging and exciting. We work hard to provide a friendly and comfortable place for people from all walks of life to worship, grow, serve, and go.

When you visit Broadmoor you will be greeted with a friendly "good to see you!" and a smile. From the time you drive onto the campus you will sense the Broadmoor Family wants nothing more than for your experience to be a meaningful one. We have convenient, reserved parking spaces located near the front entrance of our Worship Center. As you walk through the front doors our greeters, pastors, and members will make sure you are welcomed into the Worship Center and escorted to a life-changing Life Group experience.

Sunday Worship Experience

The focus of our worship is God. This can be clearly seen in the selection of scripture, music, and prayer in our services. While definitely contemporary in style, we often sing the great songs of our faith. If you'd like to get a feel for what our Sunday worship experience is like, you can watch live every Sunday morning at 9:30AM.

Life Groups

Life Groups are the place where the life of our church happens. And the great thing is, it doesn't always happen "in" the church. Most of our groups are meeting on-campus, as well as a few groups that are meeting online (via Zoom and Facebook) and groups that are also meeting in homes. No matter what season of life you're in, we believe Life Groups help to encourage and ignite spiritual growth while deepening relationships with others. You can check out what Life Groups are all about and find one that's right for you.

Do I have to wear my "Sunday Best?"

Good news: There's no dress code at Broadmoor! While here on Sunday, you may notice that our people aren't defined by one particular style of dress. From "very casual" to "Sunday Best," our congregation is a collection of ordinary people that are different ages, coming from different backgrounds, but unified with one purpose: to passionately pursue God's vision for life!

What about childcare?

We will have MinistryCare for Babies - 3 year olds in the 9:30am Worship Service and during the 10:45am LifeGroup hour.  We will ALSO have Lifegroups for K4-K5 at 10:45am. Additionally, we have designed our worship services to be as child-friendly and welcoming as possible. We have also created a "respite room" for any family member that may need to take a small break during service. Parents will still be able to view the worship service in the respite room while children have the opportunity to stretch their legs and "let their wiggles and giggles out." We love the sound of life in our worship services, so children of all ages are a joy to have in the room!

Where do I park?

There is a tremendous number of parking places available on or near the Broadmoor campus. There are three main lots surrounding the building in addition to a recently completed parking lot in the Fountains development, just a few yards from the church building. Golf carts run continuously to accommodate guests who park in the Fountains development. Handicap parking is available near every main entrance to the building. Guest parking is available at the main entrance to the Worship Center (facing Highland Colony Parkway).

What about Single Adults?

Broadmoor has a thriving Single Adult Ministry that provides great opportunities to follow, be changed and join. Broadmoor College is the name of our College Ministry.
