What to Expect

First Visit

Whether you are a longtime churchgoer or brand new to church, we want your first Broadmoor experience to be encouraging and exciting. We work hard to provide a friendly and comfortable place for people from all walks of life to learn what it means to follow Jesus, be changed by Jesus, and join him in his mission.

From the time you arrive, you will sense the Broadmoor Family wants nothing more than for your experience to be a meaningful one. We have convenient, reserved guest parking spaces near our Worship Center's front entrance. As you enter the building, our greeters will meet you with a smile. These men and women will help you find your way to our Worship Center for services or a Life Group where you can meet others who are learning what it means to follow Jesus. Please help yourself to a hot drink at our coffee bar, and be sure to stop by our Welcome Center for any additional help you might need during your visit.

Sunday Worship Experience

The focus of our worship is God. This can be clearly seen in the selection of scripture, music, and prayer in our services. While definitely contemporary in style, we often sing the great songs of our faith. If you'd like to get a feel for what our Sunday worship experience is like, you can watch live every Sunday morning at 9:30AM.

Life Groups

Life Groups are the place where the life of our church happens. And the great thing is, it doesn't always happen in the church building. While most of our groups meet on-campus on Sunday mornings, others meet in homes throughout the week or online. No matter what season of life you're in, we believe Life Groups help to encourage and ignite spiritual growth while deepening relationships with others. You can check out what Life Groups are all about and find one that's right for you.

Do I have to wear my "Sunday Best?"

There's no dress code at Broadmoor! From very casual to dressy, you're welcome to come just as you are. We are a collection of ordinary people of different ages, life-stages, and backgrounds. But, one purpose unifies us: to follow Jesus, be changed by Jesus, and join him in his mission to make disciples.

What about childcare?

We have MinistryCare for babies through 3-year-olds in the 9:30am Worship Service and the 10:45am LifeGroup hour. We also have Lifegroups for children K4-K5 at 10:45am. We have designed our worship services to be as child-friendly and welcoming as possible, so parents are welcome to bring kids to worship with them. We love the sound of life in our worship services, so children of all ages are a joy to have in the room! If needed, we've created a "respite room" for any family member that may need to take a small break during service. Parents will still be able to view the worship service from the respite room while their kids stretch their legs and let their wiggles and giggles out.

Where do I park?

There are a numerous parking places available on or near the Broadmoor campus. Guest parking is available at the main entrance to the Worship Center (facing Highland Colony Parkway), and handicap parking is available near every main entrance. Three main lots surround the building, and additional parking can be found in the Fountains development, only a few yards from the church building. Shuttles run continuously from the remote parking area to accommodate guests.

What about Single Adults?

Broadmoor has thriving ministries for both single adults and those who are college-aged. Visit our Welcome Desk for more information.
