Hey parents!
November is here! As parents of preschoolers, we have so many reasons to be thankful—giggles, growth, and the sweet everyday moments that remind us of God’s goodness. This month, as we talk with our little ones about gratitude, we can help them see that thankfulness isn’t just for Thanksgiving—it’s a way of living with hearts that notice God’s blessings all around us. Let’s take time to pause together, give thanks, and celebrate the faithfulness of our good God in every season.
Parent Resource Available November 9
On Sunday, November 9, we’re excited to give away copies of the children’s book What Am I Feeling? by Josh and Christi Straub! 100 copies of this resource will be available between the Preschool and Nursery areas for families to pick up.
In a world where kids are navigating everything from sibling rivalry to bullying, divorce to tragedy, What Am I Feeling?offers a biblically grounded way for children to verbalize their feelings, develop empathy and self-control, and understand their God-given emotions. This book also includes a pull-out feelings chart you can hang at home to help guide daily conversations.
As our church continues walking through the Holy Broken sermon series, we want to come alongside parents and equip you to have meaningful, faith-filled conversations at home about emotions, healing, and the hope we have in Christ. (Limited quantities available.)
K4/K5 Singing: November 19
We are so excited for our K4 and K5 kids to sing on Wednesday, November 19, as part of our Thanksgiving-themed Wednesday Night Dinner! Drop-off will be in the Hangar (behind the Venue stage—follow the hallway toward the gym) by 5:40 p.m., and the children will sing at 5:50 p.m. in the Venue. After their performance, they’ll exit the stage and reconnect with you in the Venue. If your child is staying for Wednesday night activities afterward, please check them in as usual. We’d love for your family to join us for this special evening of gratitude, music, and community—even if you don’t normally attend on Wednesdays. K4/K5 Life Groups continue to follow the Gospel Story Bible, alongside our KidTown ministry (1st–5th Grade). This month, kids will explore the life of Jesus through these New Testament stories:
November 2 – Triumphal Entry
November 9 – The Widow’s Offering
November 16 – Jesus Washes the Disciples’ Feet
November 23 – The Last Supper
November 30 – Jesus Promises to Send the Holy Spirit
Nursery (0–K3) friends will be learning about the life of Moses this month through The Beginner’s Gospel Story Bible. We are excited to share these foundational faith stories:

What’s Happening on Wednesdays?
Join Preschool for K4 & K5 Scripture & Songs on Wednesday Nights from 6-7:30 pm for a fun evening filled with Bible verses, music, and playtime as our youngest learners grow in their understanding of God’s love! Our nursery friends (0-3 years old), can enjoy playing with friends, music, and a craft while their parents are diving deeper into fellowship and faith.
