DESCRIPTION:On October 10-11\, learn about caring for those who have been abused from the comfort of your home. This online training conference is intended to serve both professionals and non-professionals who are interested in a gospel-centered domestic abuse intervention ministry. Past attendees have included licensed and lay counselors\, social workers\, pastors\, elders\, small group leaders\, advocates\, survivors\, and family members of those experiencing or perpetrating abuse.\n\nPeaceWorks Live 2024 Livestream attendees will:\n— be able to view the conference’s four combined Plenary sessions\n— be able to view the six Biblical Counseling & Domestic Abuse Track sessions\n— receive a PDF event attendee packet (which will include session notes/outlines)\n— receive permanent access to a separate\, new four-part video resource from Ben Marshall on Developing Church Policy\n— have access to the PeaceWorks Live 2024 conference recordings for 48 hours after the event has concluded\n\nAll training will be done remotely via livestream.
