Courage To Recover

Courage to Recover

Finding Purpose One Day at a Time

Wednesdays • L-216/217

This group is designed for anyone struggling with addictions, compulsive behaviors, co-dependency or other hurts, habits, or  hangups. Courage to Recover (CR) is a ministry of Broadmoor Baptist Church that is free of charge. You can get involved simply by coming to a Wednesday night meeting. When you arrive, you will immediately be put at ease in seeing that CR is made up of people just like you who are seeking God's healing power to solve their problems.

You will find an open, safe environment where you can enjoy great fellowship and celebrate God's healing power with other people.

Small Groups

At Courage to Recover, we offer multiple groups for different topics and issues. Some of the groups are gender specific while others are coed. The number and types of groups we offer change periodically. Small group meetings take place immediately following large group. These groups are designed to provide a place to further discuss the topic of the night as you share your struggles with those around you. In most groups, the other members will share struggles similar to yours. All personal information and sharing is kept highly confidential. This is a place to be real with those around you without fear of judgment, ridicule, or abandonment.
Most of our groups can be joined at any time. However, a few of our groups have defined beginnings and ends due to the nature of the group and the use of curriculum. Feel free to contact the Center for Hope and Healing at 601.898.4947 to find out what groups are currently in progress.
