AREAS OF MINISTRY
Go Deeper is a time of significant and life changing Bible study with women who share a passion for God's Word. This study follows Kay Arthur's Precept Upon Precept Bible Study and is led by Barbra Gross, Holly Crowder, Melinda Hendrix, Jefflyn Trammell, and Laura Canard.
Go Deeper meets Wednesdays from 6-8 PM on the second floor of the LOVE Building (L-201).
- Beginning January 4 | Understanding the Anger of God (Micah/Nahum/Habakkuk - K&P#9)
- Beginning January 25 | The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly (Zephaniah - (K&P#10)
- Beginning March 21 - May 9 | Isaiah Part One (Chapters 1-39)

WEDNESDAY NIGHT STUDIES
This Spring, we have added several new opportunities for women to engage in Bible study in addition to Go Deeper.
- Beginning January 25 | David: Seeking a Heart Like His by Beth Moore | Teachers: Burdette/Watson | In
this examination of the "man after God's own heart," David will delight
and disappoint you. You'll want to be just like him at times and nothing
like him at others. If you've ever experienced doubts, temptations,
losses, family problems, or personal inconsistencies, this study is for you! (Updated Edition) (11 weeks)
- Beginning January 25 | James: Mercy Triumphs by Beth Moore | Teacher: Liles | James, Jesus' own brother,
started out as a skeptic. See how one glimpse of the resurrected
Savior turned an unbeliever into a disciple with Beth Moore's 8-session
study, James: Mercy Triumphs. And in the process, learn how you can put your own faith into action. (8 weeks)
- Beginning January 25 | Brave: Honest Questions Women Ask by Angela Thomas | Teacher: Bragg | This Bible study for women
looks at the heart of what women are thinking and feeling. Angela
speaks to participants about deep feelings that all women have at one
time or another. She looks boldly at some of the fears and struggles of being a woman, and she helps us see how we can be brave in the face of those challenges. (7 weeks)
Manna Bible Study is a time when women come together to build community as well as grow in a knowledge of God's Word. This group meets Thursday mornings from 9-11 AM and Wednesday nights from 6-7PM on the second floor of the LOVE Building. For more information on Manna, contact Melinda Hendrix at 601.790.4490.
