As the college and young adult ministry of Broadmoor, NEXGEN Ministries shares the vision of the greater Body to Passionately Pursue God's Vision for Our Lives. From that vision flows our mission and our two core values that we pray will define our ministry.

OUR MISSION

As a ministry, our mission is to provide an environment for young adults to experience authentic community and real spiritual growth while playing a significant role in the church's overall effort to build the Kingdom.

CORE VALUES

First, we seek to BUILD THE KINGDOM. As believers, we are called to something greater than ourselves. We exist for the purpose of bringing glory to God and we have a responsibility to line our lives up with His purposes to spread His fame throughout the nations. That starts right here in the Madison community and spreads throughout the state and on to the ends of the earth. As a ministry, we are committed to serving, giving, praying and going so that people of all races, tribes, and nations have the opportunity to taste the joy of experiencing the glory of God.

Second, we strive to BUILD COMMUNITY. We pray for God to bring significant life change in our young adults. The discipleship process occurs most effectively in the context of healthy community. Sharing life together, feeling the freedom of vulnerability, and knowing the security of unconditional love is foundational for Christian growth and maturity.
